What the in-depth audit adds

Your funnel in your analytics: where visitors drop out, by device and channel
Heatmaps and session recordings reviewed for friction, where you have them
Your key pages compared with the ads and emails that send people to them
A prioritised list of fixes and test ideas, each with the evidence behind it

It ends with a findings deck and a follow-up call. Fixes are quoted separately, once you have seen the findings.
