By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to break it, overload it, or get into parts of it that are not meant for you.
Paid work is agreed separately
Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept to start a project. When we work together, we agree the scope, price and terms in a written quote or contract. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the written agreement applies.
Our client terms are sent with every quote. They cover how work is scoped and approved, payment, revisions, ownership of what we make and how either side can end the work.
Information on this website
We take care to keep what we write accurate, but it is general information. It is not advice for your particular situation, and it may go out of date, especially where it describes third-party platforms and tools. Check important details before you act on them.
Prices and timings shown on this site, where we publish them, are guides. They are not a quote.
Our content
The text, design, logos and other material on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may read it, share links to it and quote short extracts with credit. Please do not copy or reuse more than that without asking us first.
Names of other companies and products, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Cloudflare and Google, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse us. We do not claim any partnership with them, other than our Shopify Partner status.

Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where we are based, and its courts can deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
